All dance schools and dancers must first register and officially qualify through either the Country Qualifiers or Video Qualifiers before entering the WDC – GRAND FINALE.
Qualified applications will be prioritized and priority registration for the WDC – GRAND FINAL will be allowed before registration opens to all.

- Starting applications for the Video Qualifiers – WORLD DANCE CUP is February 1, 2025.

CONTEST ENTRY

- registration for the competition is via the registration system WDC
- at the moment of launching applications for competitions, the entry Competitions and the option to register will appear in the registration menu.
PAYMENTS
Payment is made without cash until the payment deadline (always before the competition date) on the basis of an automatically generated proforma invoice after the ONLINE PRESENCE for competition applications.
The organizer can delete applications for which ONLINE PRESENCE and payment have not been made.
- After online presence, a porforma invoice is automatically issued.
- For QR payment, scan the code in your banking app. If your app does not support it, then use bank transfer.
- Always use the payment reference number to identify the transaction.
- Once the payment is received and matched, the pro forma invoice will be replaced with an invoice.
- All documents can be found in the competition registration section Documents
- Entry tapes will be prepared for the contestants based on the paid payments.
- In case of non-participation of the dancer, this entrance tape can be used as a spectator ticket.
- The group can withdraw from the competition for any reason, the cancellation fee is 100%.
VIDEO QUALIFIERS
All videos must be submitted from 1.2.2025 no later than 1.4.2025.
Please ensure timely submission to avoid disappointment.
The number of dancers in the choreography entered in the registration must match the number of dancers in the video.

Results will be posted after payment of the video qualification fee and shortly after the video submission.
Results will be posted starting March 1st, and for updates after April 1st, click on the Worldwide Video Qualification date. Qualified applications will be prioritized and priority registration for the WDC – GRAND FINAL will be allowed before registration opens to all.

What we managed to do when organizing our competitions in the CZECH REPUBLIC:
- to organize high-quality dance competitions at a high level, both organizationally and technically
- prepare nice-looking competitions that were enjoyed not only by coaches and dancers, but also by the viewer

- The competition rules are simple, understandable, clear and uniform across all our competitions, to suit dance groups as much as possible and not limit choreographers in their work.
