How to qualify for the WDC – GRAND FINAL
All dancers must qualify to participate in the WDC – GRAND FINALE. If there is a qualifying competition in your country of residence, you must qualify through that competition. For more information about qualifying in your country, please contact your local qualifier organizer.
If there is no live competition available in your country, you can qualify in another country or by submitting a video.

Qualified applications will be prioritized and priority registration for the WDC – GRAND FINAL will be allowed before registration opens to all.
Live National Qualifiers for WDC – WORLD DANCE CUP will be added here as soon as we receive it from the organizers in each country.
We will only add qualifications from high-quality dance competitions that have a high level and their own national championships if the organizers of these competitions contact us and arrange cooperation with us. Encourage them to take this step in your country.
The application deadline is 3 weeks before the qualifying round date.

Video Qualifiers
We would like to welcome you or your dancers to the World Dance Cup 2025 World Finals.
Please note that all dance schools and dancers must first register and officially qualify through either the Country Qualifiers or Video Qualifiers before entering the WDC – GRAND FINALE.
Qualified applications will be prioritized and priority registration for the WDC – GRAND FINAL will be allowed. Registration for the WDC – GRAND FINAL will then be open to all.
Information on the current live Country Qualifiers is available on this website. You can also qualify in any other country that has live qualifying. If there is no live qualifier in your country, and you do not qualify in another country, we invite you to Video Qualifiers submit a video to qualify online for the WDC – GRAND FINALE.

Deadlines:
All videos must be submitted from 1.2.2025 no later than 1.4.2025. Please ensure timely submission to avoid disappointment.
Results will be posted after payment of the video qualification fee and shortly after the video submission.
Qualified entries will then be eligible to participate in the WDC – GRAND FINALE 2025 and registration will be allowed.
Video Qualifiers Fees:
After registering and completing your online presence and uploading your videos, entry fees will be automatically calculated on your school’s statement as follows:
- 10 EUR per dancer/choreography
- Payment method: Payment details will appear on your school’s statement.
The number of dancers in the choreography entered in the registration must match the number of dancers in the video.

Where to send your videos:
Videos can be sent/uploaded via the link published in the competition registration via your registered dance account.
If you have not yet registered your dance school and dancers, you can do so by following the steps in the INSTRUCTIONS.
Once you have logged into the registration system and wish to participate in the final, click on the Competitions menu item, select the option for Video Qualification 2025.
Video format:
Video format -16:9 – resolution 1920×1080 – mp4 – minimum data rate ( bitrate – 10,000 kbps ).
The video must meet the technical parameters. File size must not exceed 500 Mb.
Videos must be in landscape (horizontal) format.
Name the video file the same as your application for the competition (Name of the group – Name of the choreography).
It can be filmed outdoors or indoors. When recording videos, it is very important to keep the following requirements in mind before uploading:
You can upload a new video of your routines or use a video from another event or competition. A view of the entire choreography must be visible.
Ensure that all dancers in a SOLO/DUO or GROUP are visible at all times. For best results, the recording should be done in a well-lit location so that facial expressions, legs, hands and all movements of the dancer can be clearly seen.
The use of a tripod is strongly recommended to ensure a stable image. Make sure the sound/music is close enough to the camera to be clear. Additional music additions to the recording are allowed.
Dancers should wear a costume or appropriate dance attire with light stage makeup.
